**Job Title:** Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team at Aon Hewitt. As a Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating the administration of schemes, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheme administration, including invoicing, membership data, claims data, communication materials, and other associated queries.
  • E nsure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines in all correspondence produced or issued by Aon.
  • Manage data gathering for client scheme renewals and assist with analysis as required.
  • Attend internal provider and product training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain client records and data in line with Aon systems and protocols.
  • Undertake ad-hoc project work where necessary.

**Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills, with experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
