About the Role

This is a hybrid role that combines office and home working, offering flexibility in your work environment.

We are seeking an experienced Group Risk professional to expand their knowledge to the full suite of Employee Benefits. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients on a day-to-day basis, ensuring smooth running and developing professional relationships with clients and insurers at all levels.

  • Manage client portfolios to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client enquiries.

You will coordinate administration of schemes, including invoicing, membership data, claims data, communication materials, and other associated queries. Additionally, you will prepare template client reports, resolve discrepancies in provider documentation, and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required, along with the ability to work independently and proactively using your own initiative. Relevant experience within the insurance industry is preferred, with knowledge of Group Risk highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Aon offers a comprehensive benefits package, encouraging a diverse workforce and agile work environment.
