About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Assistant/SEN Administration Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the SEND department, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of our pupils. Your enthusiasm and dedication will make a significant difference in the lives of our students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs. You will work closely with teachers to implement lesson plans, adapt materials, and assist with testing and assessment. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the SENCo, including tracking progress, managing documentation, and maintaining records.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £20,452 - £21,311 per annum, plus contributions to the LGPS Pension Scheme.
