We are looking for an experienced Procurement and Contracting Specialist to join our team in Farnborough, Whiteley, or Bristol offices. As a key member of our contracts team, you will be responsible for managing commercial and contractual elements of contracts, including scope definition, pricing strategy, risk evaluation, and allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial, contractual, and technical interpretation of contract terms and conditions.
- Manage and govern contract change proposals, ensuring timely and effective resolution of contractual issues.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of procurement and contracting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a pressurized environment.
- Strong comprehension of program technical performance metrics and financial status.
Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
