Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Development Director to lead our flagship programmes and drive growth and success. This strategic leadership role will shape the future of our offerings, fostering innovation and achieving ambitious targets.

The successful candidate will oversee a talented team, collaborating closely with the Director of Open Programmes and other Business Development Directors to align processes and contribute to the growth strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective participants, using consultative selling skills.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client's high-profile General Management and Leadership offerings.
  • Oversee a Senior Programme Manager and collaborate with a Sales and Business Development Manager to deliver exceptional results.
