**Job Summary:**

Hanwha Vision Europe is seeking an experienced ICT Help Desk Analyst to maintain the efficient, secure, and reliable operation of our desktop and other technical infrastructure.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user workstations, laptop computers, and other equipment
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to staff members
  • Conduct research into various computing issues and implement solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives

**Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Higher diploma or equivalent in Computing and IT
  • Relevant experience in 1st line call logging and support beneficial
  • Exposure to ITIL best practice beneficial
  • Ability to work in a team and independently

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum

**Working Environment:**

The job holder is required to be located at Hanwha Vision Europe Ltd, Heriot House, Heriot Road, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 9DT. Our normal office hours are 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, but the job holder may be required to work outside of these hours as and when required to meet business needs, and the role will include travel throughout the region and outside of the UK from time to time.
