We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Systems Technician Lead to join our team in the KT postcode area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installations, inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Installations of new mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and testing of mechanical systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical system issues, including breakdowns, leaks, and performance problems, to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Level 2 or higher City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems, as well as relevant codes and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This is a multi-site role and requires a driving license.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
