About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inclusion Centre Manager to join our dynamic inclusion team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the Inclusion Centre, providing support and guidance to pupils who require additional assistance.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of pupil development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Inclusion Centre and its operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to support pupils in need of additional assistance
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure effective pupil support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on pupil progress

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an educational setting, preferably in a leadership or management capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to pupil development and well-being

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
