Job Description
As a KS1 Teaching Support Graduate, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils across the national curriculum. Your main responsibilities will include working one-to-one and in small groups with children aged 5-7, focusing on literacy and numeracy skills.
You will also have the opportunity to work independently, taking small groups of children out of the classroom to help them improve their attainment levels and bridge the gap between them and their peers.
