Special Education KS1 Teacher

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND KS1 School teacher to join our team at Aspire People Limited. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students with SEND, creating a safe and comforting environment that allows children to develop and thrive.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.
Requirements:
* QTS qualification
* Experience working in a school setting with children who have ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
* DBS on update service or willingness to apply
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a pension scheme, professional development opportunities, and access to our employee assistance program.
Location:
This role is based in Northfield, where you will be working closely with local schools and families to provide high-quality educational support.
