About the Position

We are currently looking for a dedicated Education Support Professional to join our team at a primary school in Birmingham. As a successful candidate, you will play a vital role in promoting the educational and personal development of our pupils.

Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in lesson delivery and classroom management.
  • Develop and implement targeted interventions to address individual learning needs.
  • Promote pupil wellbeing and engagement through various activities and games.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent degree.
  • At least one year's experience working with primary school pupils, preferably in Early Years or KS1.
  • Familiarity with EYFS curriculum and phonics intervention techniques.
Compensation and Benefits

The expected daily rate for this position is £95, taking into account industry standards and the local market.
