Teaching Assistant (Maternity Cover) - Opportunity at Primary School

This is a fantastic opportunity to support Year 3 pupils in a KS2 environment. The ideal candidate will be employed by an agency, placed at a vibrant two-form entry primary school in Birmingham.

About the Role:
  • Provide tailored support to SEND pupils, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
  • Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages children's personal, social, and academic development.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: Prior experience as a KS2 Teaching Assistant with a proven record of working with SEND pupils.
  • Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Childcare.
  • Availability: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.
  • Compliance: Willing to undergo a criminal conviction check or hold an existing, valid DBS.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £22,000 per annum.
