Pupil Welfare and Progress Manager

We are looking for a Pupil Welfare and Progress Manager to join our team at Kedleston Group Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pupils with their social and emotional development and mental wellbeing.
Main Responsibilities:- Supporting pupils with their social and emotional development and mental wellbeing.
- Working closely with staff, parents/carers, and pupils to address barriers to learning and ensure effective policies and procedures are in place.
- Identifying strategies to help overcome individual pupils' barriers to learning.
- Developing and using systems to support the monitoring of pupils' behaviour.
- A strong background in pupil welfare and progress management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
The salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including annual leave entitlement, contributions to your pension, continued professional development and training, and a friendly team environment.
