Behaviour Manager Leader

GSL Education is seeking an experienced Behaviour Manager to lead the Impact Centre in a secondary school in the North of Birmingham. The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver quality behaviour management strategies that drives achievement and inspires a love of learning with children who have been sent to isolation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure the highest standards of behaviour in the school by supporting the implementation of Behaviour Policy.
  • Support the improvement of pupil punctuality, attendance and behaviour and assist the school in reducing disruption and raising pupil achievement and progress.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS Child Workforce – Must be on the update service.
  • 2x References are a must in order to clear your file with GSL.
