Behaviour Manager Role Summary

GSL Education is seeking an experienced Behaviour Manager to join a secondary school in the North of Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Impact Centre, supporting the implementation of Behaviour Policy, and improving pupil punctuality, attendance, and behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Impact Centre, ensuring the highest standards of behaviour in the school.
  • Support the improvement of pupil punctuality, attendance, and behaviour, and assist the school in reducing disruption and raising pupil achievement and progress.
  • Develop strong relationships and effective working arrangements with Trust and school staff.
  • Exercise a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS Child Workforce – Must be on the update service.
  • 2x References are a must in order to clear your file with GSL.
