Behaviour Management Specialist
GSL Education is seeking an experienced Behaviour Management Specialist to join their team in a secondary school in the North of Birmingham. The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver quality behaviour management strategies that drive achievement and inspire a love of learning with children who have been sent to isolation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure the highest standards of behaviour in the school by supporting the implementation of Behaviour Policy.
- Support the improvement of pupil punctuality, attendance and behaviour and assist the school in reducing disruption and raising pupil achievement and progress.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS Child Workforce – Must be on the update service.
- 2x References are a must in order to clear your file with GSL.
