Behaviour Learning Mentor Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Behaviour Learning Mentor to join our team at PK Education. As a Behaviour Learning Mentor, you will work with pupils who have challenging behaviour and/or SEND, providing support and guidance to help them progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with challenging behaviour and/or SEND.
- Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistent support and guidance.
- Monitor and record pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification or degree in Education or Special Inclusive Education.
- Experience of working with challenging behaviour and/or SEND.
- Maths and English GCSE.
- Current DBS registration with the DBS Update Service.
