At Willo Education Recruitment, we are seeking a dedicated Learning Mentor to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) at a large SEN Secondary School in the Selly Oak area.

About the School:

We are working with a school that promotes independency, building confidence, and self-esteem, and provides excellent opportunities for students to develop their skills and reach their full potential.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will support students aged 11-16 years old with a variety of needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Attachment & Trauma, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH).

As a Learning Mentor, you will have the autonomy to create resources and work closely with the school team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for students.
