Support Assistant for Students with Special Educational Needs

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Support Assistant to work with students with Special Educational Needs in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to providing individualized support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Help students engage in classroom activities and promote their independence.

Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEND is preferred.
