Learning Support Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Empowering Learning. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs, helping them to achieve their academic potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
* Assist teachers in the classroom and during lessons
* Help students with their learning and development
* Maintain a safe and secure environment for students
Requirements:
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant field
* Experience of working with children and students with special educational needs
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
