About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to provide additional support to our pupils, helping them achieve their dreams. As a proactive and passionate individual, you will be confident in a classroom setting and able to build strong relationships with pupils in small groups and one-to-one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a mainstream and SEN setting
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery, promoting inclusive education
  • Participating in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent UK educational qualification
  • Previous experience working with SEN students and in educational settings
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
