Support Pupils' Academic Progress

Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking a passionate Interventions Teaching Assistant to join our partner primary school in Balsall Heath. In this role, you'll support students as they prepare for their SATs, delivering focused interventions to enhance their academic progress and ensuring a smooth transition to the next stage of their education.
The ideal candidate will provide targeted interventions designed to support pupils' academic growth, customised to address their individual learning needs. You will play a key role in preparing students for their SATs, boosting their confidence and helping them achieve their full potential.
- This includes providing one-to-one support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and leading small group sessions to encourage engagement and progress.
- You will also work closely with teachers to deliver tailored interventions, enhancing students' academic performance and meeting their specific learning requirements.
We are looking for a full-time candidate with a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or relevant degree. You should have at least one year's experience supporting primary school pupils, ideally KS2.
Salary Information£90 - £105 per day, paid on a daily rate basis.
