ERP Software Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled ERP Software Ambassador to join our team at Ambis. This exciting role involves working closely with clients to ensure they get the most out of our ERP software. As a direct report to the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering proactive connections between our company and the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with clients to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance on how to maximize their use of our ERP software
- Liaise with the support team, sales team, and implementation team to ensure seamless client interactions
- Travel to client sites in both the UK and Ireland to build relationships and provide training
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction levels are consistently high. You will work closely with our Support and Professional Services departments to minimize customer queries and collaborate with the sales team to elevate awareness of available services and products.
We estimate this role will offer a salary of approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
