We are seeking a skilled Medical Software Business Development Specialist to join our team at Materialise NV.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and delivering strong results through our medical portfolio. The focus is on selling to NHS and private hospitals, universities, and medical device companies to enable 3D software for in-house planning and printing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities for Materialise's 3D surgical planning software, services, and consultancy packages.
  • Achieve sales targets for the Northern UK region, focusing on hospital, medical device company, and academic software business markets, including the M62 Corridor from Manchester to Scotland.
  • Establish strong relationships with key tier 1 accounts to expand the product portfolio and create awareness of 3D printing.
  • Contribute actively to team meetings and discussions, suggesting improvements for team organization and communication.
  • Manage and report activities via our CRM system, ensuring effective sales pipeline management.
  • Represent Materialise at trade shows and serve as a brand ambassador.
  • Collaborate internationally, contributing to company developments.
Your Profile:
  • Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably within the healthcare or medical software industry.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers or life sciences organizations.
  • UK travel to customer sites will be required, with occasional travel to Belgium.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement. You will be based in Sheffield, United Kingdom.
