Customer Experience Manager

Ambis is currently seeking a talented Customer Experience Manager to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional results for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real impact on our business.
About the Role:In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing strategic guidance on how to maximize the use of our ERP software. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client interactions and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive growth and retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted solutions
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure they achieve maximum value from our ERP software
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for driving business growth, we would love to hear from you. The estimated salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
