About the RoleThis role involves leading our Customer Service department, promoting Solus & Aviva values, principles, and goals. The successful candidate will work together with the team to create a supportive and collaborative environment, focusing on the customer and what matters to them.
The ideal candidate should have a strong customer-focused background, proven leadership skills, coaching skills, financial acumen, and knowledge of insurance principles desirable.
What We Offer- Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
