New Business Growth Executive

Allegiance Technology is a leading provider of ERP software solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated New Business Growth Executive to join our New Business sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through strategic sales and business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, transformation, and software solutions. They will be able to consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable propositions that meet their growth plans and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and expand our customer base through strategic sales and business development initiatives
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable propositions
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and consult around business processes, transformation, and software solutions
- Results-driven and proactive approach to sales
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (plus OTE)
