Job Description

  • Leadership and Strategy: As Executive Director of FMCG Growth, you will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of our client's company, driving revenue and profitability through identifying new market opportunities, optimising product portfolios, and expanding distribution channels.
  • Business Growth: You will lead the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth, including the identification of new market opportunities, expansion into new geographic regions, and the development of new products and services.
  • Operational Efficiency: You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that production, supply chain, and logistics are streamlined and scalable.
  • Financial Management: You will manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Team Development: You will lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

The Successful Applicant

You will have extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the FMCG sector, with a focus on driving growth in SME environments. You will also have strong financial acumen, commercial insight, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Location: The role is based in South Yorkshire, with regular travel to other locations as required.

Salary: The salary for this role is £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
