Micheal Waterworth Recruitment is seeking an ambitious and results-driven professional to fill the role of Head of Business Growth. As a key leader within our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, driving revenue expansion, and fostering a culture of innovation.
Job Description:
You will lead cross-functional teams to design and execute business development initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and build strategic partnerships. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing plans to achieve aggressive business growth targets, while maintaining our exceptional level of client service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or executive roles
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
