Key Responsibilities:- Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the board to devise and implement growth plans that align with the company's vision and long-term objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic networking, market research, and proactive outreach.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Leveraging Expertise: Work closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing significantly to the company's overall performance and growth.
