Director of Compensation and Benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Compensation and Benefits to join our team in South West London. The successful candidate will have experience managing payroll and pensions for medium to large organisations, as well as strong skills in iTrent.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll regulations and be able to ensure accurate and timely processing of payrolls. They will also have experience in managing a small team of payroll professionals and be able to lead by example. If you have a proven track record in this field, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
The salary for this role is estimated at £68,750, based on national averages for similar positions in the UK. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 3 days in the office per week.
