Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Olympic Lodge. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will have experience in acute medical or orthopaedic discharge planning, neurology, amputees, falls, and other pathologies. They will be able to demonstrate a range of skills and knowledge relevant to the specialist clinical area, including effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The job involves assessing and treating patients with complex needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered outcomes, and ensuring timely discharges and patient safety. We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits such as flexible working opportunities, generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, and access to NHS discount schemes.
