Camhs Neuro Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Are you a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Speech and Language Therapist, and passionate about working with neurodivergent children and young people. Do you want to work in a Buckinghamshire community mental health setting, and be able to work from home and a clinical base?
If you are, and you are an experienced clinician looking to develop your clinical career in a Neurodevelopmental Assessment team for children and young people aged 5-17yrs.
Then this role is for you.
- Lead on dynamic, holistic and evidence-based assessments to identify neurodevelopmental needs / tailor quality, evidence based interventions for the neurodiverse population
- Contribute to Multi-professional assessment and formulation of the needs of child and young person
- Work closely with families and the education and social care systems to empower them to help the child / young person to reach their potential
- To assess and manage risk with a specialist understanding of how neurodivergence contributes and can complicate the presentation
