Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing specialist rehabilitation services for patients with neurological conditions.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, aiming to maximize patient independence and quality of life.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in occupational therapy principles, experience working with neurological conditions, and a passion for delivering evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify rehabilitation goals and priorities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the evaluation of treatment effectiveness
Person Specification:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
- Current registration with the Health Professions Council (HPC)
- Experience working with patients with neurological conditions
- Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and evidence-based practice
