Therapist Role for Home First Therapy Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Health Professions Council.
The main duties of this role include:
- Performing assessments and treatments for patients with complex needs
- Providing advice, guidance, and information to health and social care professionals, carers, and relatives
- Participating in continuing professional and service development
In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate will also have experience in managing their caseload effectively, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, and communicating effectively with patients and their families.
