Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and caring Therapy Service Support Worker to join our dynamic Home First Therapy team in Buckinghamshire.

Your Main Duties:

  • Work closely with senior Therapy staff to deliver effective therapy interventions and support patients in their homes.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the service.
  • Participate in the weekend shift rota as part of the Home First Service team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NVQ level II or III in Health Care or equivalent qualifications.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, including a Foundation Degree and associated training.
  • Relevant experience or training in manual handling and first aid would be beneficial.

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £29,000 per annum, accompanied by NHS benefits, including annual leave entitlement and pension scheme. Additionally, access to NHS discount schemes and health and wellbeing services will be provided.
