Healthcare and Therapy Support Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join the Home First Therapy team in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients to recover from their recent hospital admission.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience working within a patient-facing environment with a reablement/rehabilitation focus. You will be responsible for providing prompt assessment and delivery of therapeutic treatments to patients in liaison with senior Therapy staff.
Key Responsibilities:- To work as part of the weekend Home First Service
- To complete non-clinical tasks within Home First therapy team
- To be an integral member of the Home First Therapy team
