This role offers a unique opportunity to work with patients who require rehabilitation in their own homes, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing assessments and treatment for patients with complex needs
  • Providing advice to health and social care professionals
  • Participating in continuing professional development

We offer a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including learning and development opportunities, generous annual leave entitlement, and access to NHS discount schemes.

The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence and availability of their own car for work use. They will also have a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy, current registration with the Health Professions Council, and evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
