Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and analytically-minded professional to join our dynamic team as a Director of Growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Forecast and track acquisition volume and cost performance vs. target across partnerships and digital marketing channels.
- Collect, analyze, and act on customer and market insights, including new customer research, NPS survey analytics, and partnership discussions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to three direct reports, guiding their professional development and ensuring the team's success.
- Develop and execute growth plans using insights and data, with a focus on digital marketing activities such as SEO, paid search, and CRM.
- Experience in financial services, particularly consumer credit, with a strong understanding of the UK market.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and act on customer and market insights.
- Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide direct reports and ensure team success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
