Executive Director

Aon is seeking an experienced Executive Director to support business expansion plans and join our Professional Services team. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a book of new business across the Professional Services industry, with a focus on law firms.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of developing new business opportunities and obtaining support from bid support, marketing, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing a target list of clients, mapping relationships, and crafting a strategy to source new opportunities.
As a leader, you will be responsible for building a team of additional resources to support incremental revenue growth across the business. You will also contribute to strategy discussions as a member of the PSG leadership team.
