Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and ambitious individual to lead our Finance Division. As our Executive Group Director - Finance, you will play a pivotal role in enabling L&Q to deliver our current strategy and create a new strategy in 2025. You will be committed to putting customers first and making L&Q a great place to work.

You will report to the Group Chief Executive and be an integral part of the Executive team, contributing to developing the strategic agenda and driving the performance of the Group in conjunction with the Board. You will work in partnership with the Executive and Board to ensure the organisation is creative in its approach and continues to find solutions to fund new and existing development plans.
