Infrastructure Finance Director

Page Executive is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Finance Director to join our team in London.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for origination, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of project finance and acquisition finance related transactions in the energy, infrastructure, and TMT sectors, with coverage of the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Originate, structure, and execute project finance and acquisition finance transactions in the energy, infrastructure, and TMT sectors.
- Manage a portfolio of transactions and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Supervise the transaction, portfolio, and administrative activities of vice presidents, associates, and analysts.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, and TMT project finance and structured finance transactions.
- Strong credit, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deal with a wide variety of internal and external counterparts.
- Ability to analyze and conduct independent due diligence of transactions and identify industry/market trends.
- Ability to act as a transaction manager/deal team coordinator for complex transactions.
Page Executive offers a competitive package and a hybrid policy of 2.5 office days per week once the successful candidate has settled into the role.
