Infrastructure Structured Finance Director - EMEA

Page Executive is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Structured Finance Director to join our team in London. As a key member of our Corporate & Investment Bank, you will be responsible for origination, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of project finance and acquisition finance related transactions in the energy, infrastructure, and TMT sectors, with coverage of the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate, structure, execute, and manage project finance and acquisition finance transactions in the energy, infrastructure, and TMT sectors.
  • Supervise transaction, portfolio, and administrative activities of vice presidents, associates, and analysts.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Monitor internal ratings, money laundering reassessment risk, and periodic construction and operation reports for allocated transactions.
  • Assist the portfolio manager with information needs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, and TMT project finance and structured finance transactions.
  • Strong credit analysis and financial modelling skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external counterparts.
  • Ability to analyse and conduct independent due diligence of transactions and identify industry/market trends.
  • Ability to act as a transaction manager/deal team coordinator for complex transactions.
  • Advisory experience a plus.
