Job Title: Infrastructure Finance Director

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Finance Director to join our team at Page Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the origination, structuring, and execution of project finance and acquisition finance transactions in the energy, infrastructure, and TMT sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate, structure, and execute project finance and acquisition finance transactions in the energy, infrastructure, and TMT sectors.
  • Supervise the transaction, portfolio, and administrative activities of vice presidents, associates, and analysts.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Monitor the updating/validity of internal ratings, money laundering reassessment risk, and supervise the monitoring of periodic construction and operation reports, credit reviews, and waiver and amendment processing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, and TMT project finance and structured finance transactions, including due diligence, credit analysis, execution, modeling, documentation, and administration.
  • Strong credit, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deal with a wide variety of internal and external counterparts.
  • Ability to analyze and conduct independent due diligence of transactions and identify industry/market trends.
  • Ability to act as a transaction manager/deal team coordinator for complex transactions.
  • Advisory experience a plus.
