Job Title: Associate Director - Global Infrastructure and Project Finance

Fitch Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Global Infrastructure and Project Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the analysis of infrastructure and project finance transactions and assisting in efforts to enhance rating approaches and criteria development for complex and non-standard credits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the analysis of infrastructure and project finance transactions
  • Assist in efforts to enhance rating approaches and criteria development for complex and non-standard credits
  • Collaborate with senior analytical members across different regions to develop rating approaches and criteria
  • Interact with senior management of entities and/or project sponsors, investment bankers, and financial advisors to produce ratings and reports
  • Maintain a strong external network and profile that continues to build Fitch's reputation for analytical excellence
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree at minimum, advanced degree a plus
  • 7+ years relevant experience in a capital markets and/or credit analysis role
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent modelling skills and thorough familiarity with spreadsheet-based financial models
