  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategies for success;
  • Leverage your knowledge of trauma-informed approaches, mental health management, substance misuse services, and accommodation support to make a meaningful impact;
  • BUILD TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILIES AND HELP THEM ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS

In this challenging yet fulfilling role, you'll have the opportunity to grow professionally and make a real difference in the lives of those you serve.

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, 16 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary, generous leave entitlement, and opportunities for growth and development.
