About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Home Care Provider. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities or acquired brain disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per annum.
  • Ongoing training and support to ensure you feel confident and competent in your role.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year's experience working in a similar role or related field.
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or nursing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals and their families.
