Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join our team, providing exceptional support to individuals with various needs. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives.

About the Role:

As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for participating in daily support plans and activities, maintaining effective communication with service users, families, and colleagues, while upholding confidentiality. Your duties may include assisting with meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, and social events, as well as maintaining accurate records and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to pursue it
  • Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviors, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a team
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for working with vulnerable adults
  • Commitment to achieving high standards of safeguarding
