We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant at Cera Care in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and making a positive impact on people's lives.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live independently with dignity. You will work closely with our care team to develop personalized care plans, ensuring that each resident receives the best possible care tailored to their unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care and a passion for delivering exceptional care. Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you grow in your role.

In return for your dedication and hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on your experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
