About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care in Plymouth and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £12 per hour, paid weekly, with opportunities for enhancements on bank holidays. Additionally, you will receive mileage reimbursement, 24/7 support from our branch team, and access to ongoing professional development to support your career.
Your Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to our service users
- Assisting with activities of daily living and domestic duties
- Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A driving license and access to your own car
- Enhanced DBS/PVG checks (we will undertake these as part of the recruitment process)
- Right to Work in the UK
